The Dealer Portal is a B2B feature

The Dealer Portal is an account area for your business customers. Approved companies sign in to see assigned products and prices and place orders. Its purpose is to manage commercial terms that differ from the consumer store. It should not be assumed to be a franchise application or an automatic sourcing service.

Define business-account rules

Decide which companies can be approved, which products they can access and which price list applies. Permissions, minimum order quantities and approval steps can be specified where needed. Business customers do not necessarily share identical terms, so these differences should be discussed before development.

Scope marketplace connections separately

Channels such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama and PttAVM may use different product fields and workflows. Define which products will be listed, where stock comes from and where orders will be managed. Displaying a logo does not mean every module is automatically included in every package.

Choose the source of stock and order data

Agree which records take precedence across the shop, marketplaces and any existing business systems. Product codes, variant matching and update sequence matter. Reviewing an actual catalogue and an example order workflow turns broad integration requests into concrete project requirements.

Review the package and additional features

The package card lists the core Commerce features. B2B rules, marketplace connections, custom reports and other development are assessed against your needs. Provider accounts and additional usage charges are clarified separately. This keeps the purchased package distinct from later additions.
